目的:探讨、分析C-12型多肿瘤蛋白芯片中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测阳性在临床诊断中作用。方法:收取连州市人民医院2013年5月至2014年7月多肿瘤蛋白芯片检测结果 300例,以肿瘤恶、良性、正常将其分3组,正常组有68例,恶性肿瘤组有152例,良性病变组有80例,检测不同人群中神经元特异性烯醇化酶阳性检测率。结果:恶性肿瘤患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶阳性检测率明显高于正常体检者以及良性病变患者。结论:多肿瘤蛋白芯片中神经元特异性烯醇化酶阳性检测率对肿瘤诊断具有一定的参考意义。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the positive role of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in C-12 multi-tumor protein chip in clinical diagnosis. Methods: Totally 300 cases of multi-tumor protein chips were collected from People’s Hospital of Lianzhou City from May 2013 to July 2014. The tumors were divided into 3 groups according to their malignancy, benign and normal status. There were 68 cases in normal group and 152 cases in malignant group For example, benign lesions in 80 cases, detection of different populations of neuron-specific enolase positive detection rate. Results: The positive rate of neuron-specific enolase in patients with malignant tumors was significantly higher than that in normal subjects and benign lesions. Conclusion: The positive detection rate of neuron-specific enolase in multiple tumor protein chips has certain reference value for tumor diagnosis.
