1 当前建筑工地忽视安全用电的主要表现1.1 私拉乱接电线严重.少数建筑施工队,为了贪图方便,工地上电线拖来拖去;有的电线风刮日晒早已老化,施工人员不及时更换,致使老化电线仍在使用,为事故发生埋下隐患.某单位的建筑施工工地,因违章私接电线,造成一人触电死亡,二人严重灼伤的重大责任事故.1.2 私自增加用电设备超负荷运行.有些建筑施工单位,申报临时用电容量较小,而实际使用中私自增加用电设备容量超负荷运行,从而导致用电设备发生事故.1.3 无证上岗,违章操作.少数建筑施工单位雇用电工,不是先培训,后上岗,而是靠熟人关系,让无证者上岗.某建筑施工队一电工仅凭该队一个职工的口头介绍,就上岗操作.由于没有经过岗前培训,缺乏安全用电基本知识和操作技术,在电焊作业中,违章操作,不慎触电死亡,酿成一起重大责任事故.
