各位代表:我受市人民政府委托,向大会报告我市2007年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况并提出2008年计划草案,请予审议,并请政协委员和其他列席人员提出意见。
Delegates: I am entrusted by the Municipal People’s Government to report to the General Assembly on the implementation of the plan for national economic and social development in 2007 in our city and propose a draft plan for 2008 for consideration. Members of the CPPCC and other attendants are invited to give their opinions.
