攸县矿产资源储量丰富,主要矿种有煤、铁、石灰石等,但由于破坏性、掠夺性开采和乱采滥挖等,造成破坏、污染环境和严重的水土流失。2005年起,攸县开展了以矿区生态环境综合治理为主要内容的水土保持预防保护工作,使全县的矿山开发走上科学化、规范化和可持续发展轨道。攸县矿区水土保持预防保护的做法包括:提高认识、健全机构,科学规划、统筹安排,创新机制、综合治理,部门联动、严格执法。另外,还总结了矿区水土保持预防保护的成效。
Youxian is rich in mineral resources. The main minerals are coal, iron and limestone. However, due to destructive, predatory exploitation and indiscriminate excavation, destruction and pollution of the environment and serious soil erosion are caused. Since 2005, You County has carried out prevention and protection work on soil and water conservation with the comprehensive management of the ecological environment in the mining area as its main content, bringing the mine development in the county to a scientific, standardized and sustainable development track. The practices of prevention and protection of soil and water conservation in Youxian mining area include raising awareness, improving institutions, scientific planning, overall arrangement, innovation mechanism, comprehensive management, departmental linkage and strict law enforcement. In addition, the effectiveness of prevention and protection of soil and water conservation in mining area is also summarized.
