本文报告对大鼠肠系膜微淋巴管(MLV)的活体微循环研究和透射电镜观察结果。Wistar大鼠106只,在戊巴比妥钠麻醉及恒温灌流下,经显微电视录象观察回肠下段肠系膜MLV,结合超微结构,提出其构筑为:毛细淋巴管→微收集前淋巴管→微收集淋巴管,然后汇入收集淋巴管。在微循环显微镜下,毛细淋巴管无色,不易观察,本文观察的106支MLV为微收集前淋巴管和微收集淋巴管,内径36—139μm,平均69.2±4.7μm((?)±
This article reports the in vivo microcirculation and transmission electron microscopy of mesenteric micro-lymphatic vessels (MLV) in rats. 106 Wistar rats were anesthetized with sodium pentobarbitol and incubated with isothermal perfusion. The mesangial MLV of the lower ileum was observed under the microscope TV. The ultrastructure of the mesentery MLV was constructed. The results were as follows: lymphatic capillaries → lymphatic vessels before micro-collection → Lymphatic micro-collection, and then into the collection of lymphatic vessels. Under the microcirculation microscope, the lymphatic capillaries were colorless and not easy to observe.
