为观察酒精性肝损伤后大鼠肝内酶组织化学变化,以56°白酒给大鼠灌胃,5d后取肝组织做酶组织化学染色,与对照组比较,显示除肝内出现脂变、糖原减少外,醛脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶及三磷酸腺苷酶活性呈不同程度减弱;乙醇脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和葡萄糖6磷酸酶活性增强,提示线粒体酶及胞浆质酶是酒精性肝损伤中早期具特征性的标志酶。这种变化差异的意义在于上述酶的变化反映了肝细胞内乙醇代谢主要通路的改变,同时也可表明高毒性代谢产物乙醛产生的水平,对于判断肝细胞损伤的程度具有重要作用。
