采用水热合成法,得到8-羟基喹啉铝金属配合物。对8-羟基喹啉铝的单晶进行了X-射线衍射分析,确定了结构;同时对此配合物的UV-VIS-NIR,荧光光谱进行了测定和分析,并且以8-羟基喹啉铝的单晶作为发光材料制成器件对其电致发光性能进行了对比研究。
Hydrothermal synthesis method to obtain 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum metal complexes. The single crystal of 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum was analyzed by X-ray diffraction to confirm the structure. The UV-VIS-NIR and fluorescence spectra of the complex were measured and analyzed. Of the single crystal as a luminescent material made of devices its electroluminescence performance of a comparative study.
