针对脉冲 T I G 焊, 设计了能够控制焊接参数并在特殊时刻能发出采样信号的焊接控制单元。所设计的系统将特殊采样时序与窄带滤光器相结合, 能够从试件正面采集到比较清晰的熔池区图像。在分析熔池区图像特征的基础上,开发了图像处理程序, 该程序能够检测出熔池的主要几何参数。
For the pulse T I G welding, a welding control unit is designed which can control the welding parameters and can send out the sampled signal at a special moment. The system was designed to combine special sampling timing with narrow band filters to capture clear pool area images from the front of the specimen. Based on the analysis of the image features in the pool area, an image processing program was developed, which can detect the main geometric parameters of the pool.
