随着国力的增长和社会形势的改善,行政事业单位固定资产的总值不断提升。在当前形态下,我国的行政事业单位的办公环境日渐优化,在行政管理方面,固定资产的管理至关重要。但与此同时,我国行政事业单位固定资产管理的缺陷日渐突出,很多问题都渐渐浮出水面,主要的问题就是管理制度不完善、管理人员管理执行力度不够、思想认识上不重视等问题。本文主要解析了行政事业单位固有资产的特征,分析其现状和主要存在的一些不足,之后根据其缺陷提出相关有效的方案措施来改善目前的种种不利局面。
With the growth of national strength and the improvement of the social situation, the total value of fixed assets in administrative institutions continues to increase. In the current situation, the administrative environment of our country’s administrative institutions is increasingly optimized. In terms of administration, the management of fixed assets is of utmost importance. However, at the same time, the flaws in the administration of fixed assets of our country’s administrative institutions have become increasingly prominent. Many problems have gradually surfaced. The main problems are the imperfect management system, the inadequate implementation of management personnel management and the neglect of ideological understanding. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the inherent assets of the administrative institutions, analyzes its current situation and some main problems, and then proposes relevant and effective measures and measures to improve the current unfavorable situation.
