室内测定了采自青藏高原的 3 3种植物 ,筛选出对斜纹夜蛾 3龄幼虫拒食率在 50 %以上的植物样品 9个 ,其中唐古特瑞香叶甲醇提取物对斜纹夜蛾的拒食活性比缅甸产的印楝油稍高 ,拒食率分别为 81 .88%和 80 .82 %,拒食活性较高的还有唐古特瑞香花、露蕊乌头、唐古特瑞香茎皮、黄帚橐吾、藏橐吾、甘松、异叶青兰、辐花协柱花 ,拒食率分别为 74 .0 0 %、71 .98%、71 .55%、62 .70 %、59.81 %、54 59%、51 .3 6%和 51 .1 0 %。
Nine 3 plant species collected from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were determined in the laboratory. Nine plant samples with antifeedant rates more than 50% of the 3rd instar larvae of S. litura were screened. Among them, the antifeedant activity of the methanol extract of S. tangutorum against Spodoptera litura Burma produced slightly higher neem oil, antifeedant rates were 81.88% and 80.82%, antifeedant activity are higher Tang Gu Te Rui fragrant flowers, Lulu Aconitum, Tang Gu Te Ruixiang bark, yellow broomweed , Tibetan 橐 吾, 甘,, 叶 青 兰,, 辐 协 柱 column flower, antifeedant rate were 74 .0 0%, 71 .98%, 71 .55%, 62 .70%, 59.81%, 54 59%, 51 .3 6% and 51 .1%.
