建设ERP系统到底有多难?有标准答案吗?咨询商一个说法,产品供应商一个说法,企业的一把手一个说法,企业信息主管一个说法,私营企业有自己的说法,国有企业有自己的说法……不过,我们现在能看到的现象却是,无论有没有答案,还是有越来越多的企业在准备做ERP或者已经开始做了。而在巨化集团里,对于ERP只有一个态度,不管有多苦,有多难,只能成功,不能失败,这也是巨化集团总工程师高潮最常说的一句话。
