针对采用有限差分法实施凝固过程数值模拟时数据结构的特点,提出了采用背面消除和画家方法进行消隐以生成三维图形的方法.为了提高绘图的速度,提出了替代视向变换矩阵运算的一种简便算法.根据由数值计算得到的铸件凝固时间,提出了在二维剖面上显示凝固动态过程的方法.经过实践证明,提出的方法可以快速地完成上千万网格单元数据的后处理.
Aiming at the characteristics of data structure in numerical simulation of solidification process by using finite difference method, a method of using backface elimination and painter’s method to blank out to generate three-dimensional graphics is proposed. In order to improve the speed of drawing, a simple and convenient algorithm is proposed to replace the orientation transformation matrix operation. According to the calculated solidification time of castings, a method of displaying the dynamic process of solidification on two-dimensional sections is proposed. After practice, the proposed method can quickly complete the post-processing of tens of millions of grid cell data.
