“大力推进能效提升,加快实现节约发展”是《工业绿色发展规划(2016-2020年)》十大重点任务之首。工业是能源消耗的主要领域,工业能效提升是实现“到2020年单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放比2005年下降40%-45%”目标的关键所在,是推进能源消费革命的主要方向,是促进稳增长、调结构、增效益的重要途径,对加快推动工业绿色发展,全面推进生态文明建设,具有重要意义。
“Vigorously promoting energy efficiency and accelerating energy conservation development” is the first of 10 top priorities in “Industrial Green Development Plan (2016-2020).” Industry is the main area of energy consumption. Industrial energy efficiency improvement is the key to achieving the goal of “reducing carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP by 40% to 45% by 2020 from 2005 levels” and is the main direction for promoting the energy consumption revolution. It is an important way to promote steady growth, adjust structure and increase benefits. It is of great significance to accelerating the development of industrial green and promoting the construction of ecological civilization in an all-round way.
