This paper deduces the maximum likelihood decoding metric of RiceLognormal fading channel without channel state information and channel state information, and compares it with the paired-error probability of traditional Euclidean distance metric. The numerical results show that the influence of channel fading (fDT) on the metric properties is almost negligible for the TCMPSK scheme.
