本文从理论上探讨了6~10 kV 露天矿配电网从中点不接地系统改造成中点经高值电阻接地系统的实施和优越性;提出了按不降低电网安全水平选择中点电阻的原则。电网经过这样改造之后,可降低其内部过电压,消除电压互感器的铁磁共振及零序保护误动作诸问题.因此,对现有6~10kV 露天矿配电网的改造,必然会带来明显的经济效益。
This paper theoretically explores the implementation and superiority of the 6 ~ 10 kV open-cut mine distribution network from mid-point ungrounded system to mid-point high-value-resistance grounding system and proposes the principle of selecting mid-point resistance without reducing the safety level of the power grid . After such transformation, the power grid can reduce its internal over-voltage and eliminate the problems of the ferro-magnetic resonance and zero-sequence protection of voltage transformers, so the transformation of the existing 6 ~ 10kV open-cut mine power distribution network will inevitably bring Obvious economic benefits.
