以玉米群体豫综5号轮回选择改良群体的6个世代为材料,通过SSR标记技术对豫综5号群体的6个世代的多态性位点比例、位点的平均杂合度、遗传距离以及基因频率和基因型种类等进行了比较分析,结果表明豫综5号经过改良后,群体仍具有丰富的遗传多样性。
Six generations of improved population were selected from the reincarnation of Yuhe No.5 maize population. The SSR markers were used to analyze the polymorphic loci of six generations of Yuzheng 5 population, the average heterozygosity, genetic distance, Gene frequency and genotype were compared and analyzed. The results showed that after the improvement of Yu-5, the population still has rich genetic diversity.
