实验比较两种工艺所制309感冒冲剂的抗菌活性,体外抑菌试验显示,对肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有一定作用,按生药量计MIC为0.015 6g/ml,两种制剂差异不显著。小鼠体内抗肺炎链球菌试验,以简化直接机率法分析,5 d后存活数,“309-2”防治组与感染对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。
The antibacterial activity of 309 flu granules prepared by the two processes was compared with the antibacterial activity test in vitro. The antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus was determined to be 0.015 6g / ml according to the crude drug amount. The differences between the two preparations were not significant . The mice were tested against S. pneumoniae in order to simplify the direct probability assay and survive after 5 days. There was significant difference between the control group “309-2” and the infected control group (P <0.05).
