高校毕业生就业工作是辅导员工作的重点之一,如何正确指导学生就业,确立坚定的目标,并鼓励学生努力为之奋斗是需要辅导员思考的实际问题。从新生入学开始,辅导员就要引导学生对所学专业有基本认知,并提高就业所需的综合素质。针对就业压力产生的心理问题,辅导员也应该对学生进行人文关怀和心理疏导。
The employment of college graduates is one of the focuses of counselors’ work. How to correctly guide students’ employment, establish firm goals and encourage students to work hard for them are the practical problems that need counselors’ thinking. From the freshmen admission, counselors should guide students to have a basic understanding of the profession, and improve the overall quality of employment required. Psychological problems caused by employment pressure, counselors should also give students humane care and psychological counseling.
