宪法是我国的根本大法,也是规定我国公民基本行为权利的原则性规定,一切法律都要符合宪法的基本精神,因此公民的基本行为和权利的行使也要在宪法的基本规定之下进行。当前随着我国社会自由程度的逐渐增加,人们日常生活的表达自由的方式也越来越丰富,面对公民表达自由的热烈愿望和社会个体之间基本权利的交叉情况,我国宪法从原则上确定啦权利行使的界限,以此来避免过分行使权利而侵害他人利益。微博是现代化发展的产物,公民通过微博行使言论权利当然也要遵守宪法的规定。
