我院自1964年7月开始作皮肤不切口的输精管结扎木,至今共手术745人次,收到满意的效果。现将手术方法、步骤及点滴体会介绍如下: 资料我院自1963年1月—1965年1月共手术1,067例,其中皮肤不切口输精管结扎术745例,随访528例。一、局部情况: 1.伤口感染一例,经局部处理二周后痊愈。其余均达一期愈合,无一例发生血肿。 2.二例发生单侧精索炎,均在术后三、四天发现,
