自十八大以来,科学发展观逐渐成为经济发展的指导思想。本世纪初,辽宁省委、省政府在辽宁省区域局部发展规划中将省内14个城市划分为辽南、辽中、辽西三个经济板块。但是各城市经济发展水平不平衡,协调、互动的局面还没有形成。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the scientific concept of development has gradually become the guiding ideology of economic development. At the beginning of this century, Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government divided 14 cities in the province into three economic blocks in southern Liaoning, Liaozhong and western Liaoning in the regional development plan of Liaoning Province. However, the unbalanced, coordinated and interactive economic development among cities has yet to take shape.
