1993年,唐亚伟先生成功发明亚伟中文速录机,旋即,速录便成为三百六十行之外的一个新职业,速录师被誉为“用手指追赶声音的人”。由于就业前景广阔,新技术很快进入高校,开展专门教学。从上世纪90年代一些高职高专院校开设速录课程以来,速录逐渐发展成为文秘专业的一个重要方向,一些办学更为灵活的中等职业学校和社会培训机构,开展速录教学培养出了大量人才,并且深受社会好评。
