带筋高压旋喷桩支护是一种强有效的土体支护新技术,适用于多种土层中的基坑支护。与传统支护方式相比,在保证施工安全、降低施工成本、增加支护体系的可靠程度、加快工程进度上有较为明显的优势,便于土方开挖及地下室结构施工。通过主要对带筋高压旋喷桩在深基坑支护工程中的应用进行探讨,并利用PLAXIS有限元软件对比分析了不同类型排桩、排桩排数等因素对控制基坑变形的作用。工程实践及数值模拟结果表明:带筋旋喷桩既有止水帷幕的效果,起到止水作用,也能控制基坑变形、稳固坡脚,有益于基坑整体稳定。
Ribbed high-pressure jet grouting pile support is a powerful new technology for soil support, suitable for a variety of soil in the pit support. Compared with the traditional support methods, there are obvious advantages in ensuring construction safety, reducing construction costs, increasing the reliability of the support system and speeding up the progress of the project, which facilitates earth excavation and construction of basement structures. This paper mainly discusses the application of high pressure jet grouting pile with ribbed in deep foundation pit supporting project, and uses PLAXIS finite element software to compare and analyze the effect of different types of row piles and rows of row piles on the deformation of foundation pit. The engineering practice and numerical simulation results show that the effect of the water-proof curtain with the ribbed grouting pile can play the function of sealing water, control the deformation of the foundation pit and stabilize the foot of the pit, which is beneficial to the overall stability of the foundation pit.
