水资源短缺和水污染问题已经成为严重制约我国经济社会可持续发展的重要因素。本文在分析水价机制现存问题的基础上,构架了水资源可持续利用的水价结构,提出相关对策。
The shortage of water resources and water pollution have become an important factor that seriously restricts the sustainable economic and social development of our country. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of water pricing mechanism, this paper constructs the water pricing structure of sustainable utilization of water resources and puts forward some countermeasures.
