借鉴电石冶炼中“碳化焦球”技术,提出“碳化焦球”用于一步法生产硅钙合金新工艺。理论分析表明,碳化焦球可以减少硅酸钙炉渣与碳化硅的生成,从而解决炉渣下沉造成炉底上涨的生产难题。同时,碳化焦球可以促进石灰生成电石,从而提高熔池炉渣中电石质量分数,降低炉渣密度,提高炉渣熔点,有利于渣金分离和熔池温度提高。该项技术用于生产实践还需要在碳化焦球制备、炉料配比以及冶炼工艺与设备参数上进行深入研究,以获得最佳冶炼效果。
Learn from calcium carbide smelting “carbonized coke ball ” technology, proposed “carbonized coke ball ” for one-step production of calcium-calcium alloy new technology. Theoretical analysis shows that the carbonized coke ball can reduce the generation of calcium silicate slag and silicon carbide so as to solve the production problem that the slag subsidence causes the furnace bottom to rise. At the same time, the carbonized coke ball can promote the lime to generate calcium carbide, thereby increasing the mass fraction of calcium carbide in the molten slag, reducing the slag density and increasing the melting point of the slag, which is in favor of slag separation and temperature increase of the molten pool. The technology used in production practice also needs in-depth study of carbonized coke preparation, charge ratio and smelting process and equipment parameters in order to obtain the best smelting effect.
