小儿斑疹伤寒112例临床分析

1986～1988年我科共收治斑疹伤寒112例(其中1988年60例),男46例,女66例,发病年龄主要为学龄期儿童,6岁以下仅有11例;以6～10月份发病最多,共90例。

From 1986 to 1988, a total of 112 cases of typhus were admitted to our department (including 60 cases in 1988), 46 were males and 66 were females. The age of onset was mainly school-age children, with only 11 cases under 6 years of age. The most incidence, a total of 90 cases.
