切削像TC4钛合金这样的难加工材料时,遇到的最大困难就是刀具耐用度极低。提高刀具耐用度的途径之一是选择最佳切削速度V_佳。但用常规试验法来求得V_佳是很费事的,要消耗大量的材料和时间,如果能用热电势法来求得V_佳,就既简单又经济了。V_佳时的热电势值(切削区平均温度)恒定不变的理论是从车削中得来的,它是单刃刀具的连续切削。但铣削是多刃刀具的断续切削,上述方法是否适用,该理论是否还成立,有待进一步探讨。

However, it is very troublesome to get V_J by the conventional test method. Consuming a large amount of material and time, it is both simple and economical to obtain V_ by thermoelectric method. V_ good when the thermoelectric potential value (average cutting zone temperature) theory is derived from the turning of the constant, it is a single-edged cutting tool. However, milling is a multi-cutting tool intermittent cutting, the above method is applicable, the theory is still established, to be further explored.
