目的了解飞行教员抗荷动作的正确程度,以发挥其带教作用。方法采用肌力协调抗荷训练器,对来院疗养的70名飞行教员进行训练。测量训练前各自做习惯动作和训练后标准动作的4项观察指标和达标率,对其中部分人测量肱动脉收缩压及心眼距,按公式推算加速度耐力。结果习惯动作达标者仅5人,占7.1%;学习标准动作后,达标率提高44.3%,但仍低于训练后高性能歼击机飞行员88.9%的达标率。讨论飞行教员应首先掌握抗荷理论和标准的抗荷动作,以便向学员传授正确的知识,培养高素质的飞行员。
Objective To understand the correctness of flight instructor’s anti-Dutch action in order to give play to his teaching role. Methods Muscle strength anti-Dutch training device, to the hospital for the training of 70 flight instructors.
