The article aims to explore the role of Confucianism in the formation of Huizhou traditional architectural culture by analyzing the characteristics of Huizhou traditional houses in terms of site selection, layout and detail decoration as well as the relationship between Confucianism and Huizhou traditional dwellings and explore the essence of Huizhou traditional architectural culture .
