为了加强全国旅游城市间的交往与合作,实现各旅游城市优势互补、共同发展的目标,适应加入世贸组织后我国旅游业发展的需要,本着“互惠互利,共同受益”的原则,素有“山水甲天下”美称的旅游名城广西桂林市宣布:于3月1日起对全国开放旅行社市场。今后凡在中国境内批准成立的旅行社,在其核准的经营范围内,均可组织旅游团队(不含外国旅游团队),直接到桂林旅游,并享受与桂林本地旅行社接待旅游团队的同等待遇。
