肌成纤维细胞是伤口肉芽组织中的主要细胞。其形态介于成纤维细胞与平滑肌细胞之间,它的收缩功能与伤口的愈合有关。但在一些正常组织与病理情况中也存在此细胞。本文简要介绍其形态与生理特性以及在组织损伤等方面的作用。
Myofibroblasts are the major cells in wound granulation tissue. Its morphology is between fibroblasts and smooth muscle cells, and its systolic function is related to wound healing. However, this cell is also present in some normal tissues and pathological conditions. This article briefly describes its morphological and physiological characteristics as well as its role in tissue damage.
