在高层住宅建设工程实施中,建设单位、设计单位、施工单位及各专业之间的沟通协调,关系到工程是否顺利交工、建筑本身的使用功能、建设成本是否增加、建筑使用中的安全、室外工程功能的完全发挥。本文结合工作实践,总结分析了高层住宅建设工程中建设单位、设计单位、施工单位间因为沟通协调原因出现过的问题和原因,提出了做好建设单位、设计单位、施工单位间的沟通协调的工作方法,说明了建设单位、设计单位、施工单位及各专业间沟通协调的重要性。
