低分子右旋糖酐(以下简称低右)用于临床已有40余年,除用于防治休克及缺血性血管疾病,预防术后并发症外,近年发现有新用途。1.治疗急性胰腺炎孟氏对7例急性水肿型胰腺炎用低右治疗,不配用胃肠减压及其他药物。结果6例腹痛在4小时内消失或明显好转,继用2日腹痛不再发作。对照组(常规治疗)无1例腹痛在4小时内明显减轻。实验证明低右能改善胰微循环,其止痛作用可能与此有关。用法:低右500ml静脉滴注,2～4小时滴完,1次/日。
