介绍了中子活化分析法的基本原理，分析REE的方法步骤、含量计算及误美来源。结果表明：利用仪器中子活化分析（INAA）可精确测定沉积泥沙中REE的含量，对涉及的REE三次重复精密度偏差小于10％，其准确度完全能够满足REE示踪法研究土壤侵蚀的精度要求。
The basic principle of neutron activation analysis is introduced. The method steps of REE, content calculation and sources of errors are analyzed. The results showed that the instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) could accurately measure the content of REE in sediment sediment, and the precision of the REE repeatability was less than 10%. The accuracy of this method could fully meet the requirements of REE tracing method for soil erosion Accuracy requirements.
