为了解我市城区和郊区小学生早餐现状,合理指导儿童的膳食营养,以保证儿童生长发育的需要,我们于1986年9月用填表方法对本市市区和郊区各一所小学1500名(城1188名,郊312名)小学生的早餐状况进行了调查。调查表由班主任交给学生,并交待填表方法及注意事项,一律由家长负责如实填写,最后剔除不合格者进行统计分析。结果如下: 1.早餐食品:无论市区和郊区,小学生的早餐以泡饭(稀饭)为主,分别占35.1%和61.5%;早餐中含有蛋、牛奶食品者,市区为21.9%,郊区为5.4%。
In order to understand the current situation of breakfast in urban areas and suburban primary schools in our city and to rationally guide the children’s dietary nutrition so as to ensure the growth and development of children, we applied 1,500 primary schools in urban and suburban areas in September 1986 1188, suburbs 312) Elementary school student breakfast situation was investigated.
