建立杜仲药材中京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷3种原型入血成分的含量测定方法。采用LC-MS/MS检测技术确定大鼠灌胃杜仲提取物后吸收入血的药物成分,结合高效液相色谱技术检测23批杜仲样品中入血成分的含量。结果表明,大鼠口服杜仲提取液后,京尼平苷酸、绿原酸和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷均以原型入血;以杜仲药材中的京尼平苷酸、绿原酸和松脂醇二葡萄糖为对照品建立的含量测定方法线性范围良好,平均回收率分别为98.69%,100.8%,98.39%。该方法简便可行、回收率和重复性良好。
To establish a method for the determination of the content of genitalinkin, chlorogenic acid and pinoresinol diglucoside in Eucommiae. The components of the blood that were absorbed into the blood after the eucommia ulmoides extract was administered to rats by LC-MS / MS were determined. The method is simple and feasible, good recovery and repeatability.
