无砟轨道无缝道岔是一种适应于客运专线发展要求的道岔结构形式,越来越多应用于跨区间无缝线路和客运专线。但是,我国新型道岔结构计算理论还不完善,不能满足当前跨区间无缝线路和客运专线快速发展的要求。运用ANSYS有限元软件建模,研究无砟轨道无缝道岔下部结构整体刚度的合理取值,以保证结构设计经济、合理。
Ballastless track seamless turnout is a kind of turnout structure adapted to the development of passenger dedicated line, more and more used in the inter-area seamless line and passenger dedicated line. However, the calculation theory of the new type of switch structure in our country is still not perfect, which can not meet the current requirements of the rapid development of seamless lines and passenger dedicated lines in the inter-area. The finite element software ANSYS is used to study the reasonable value of the overall stiffness of the substructure of the seamless turnout of ballasted track so as to ensure the structural design is economical and reasonable.
