为了将焦炭及石灰石用吊车加到冲天炉炉后的贮料斗上,我于1975年设计了一种2立方米的自动开底式加料斗。多年使用证明,这种加料斗使用方便,安全可靠。加料斗主要部分用6毫米钢板制造,结构刚性良好,使用至今,这些加料斗没有因变形而损坏。其机构简单可靠,极少出现需要维修的情况。这种加料斗,不仅可以用于装载焦炭、石灰石,而且适用于装载矿石、煤块、砂、石等一切散料。若装载干砂等细散料,应采取防漏措施。
In order to add coke and limestone to the storage hopper behind the cupola using a crane, I designed a 2 cubic meter automatic open hopper in 1975. Years of use proved that this feeding hopper easy to use, safe and reliable. The main part of the hopper is made of 6 mm steel plate and has good structural rigidity. To date, these hoppers have not been damaged due to deformation. Its mechanism is simple and reliable, with minimal need for maintenance. This hopper, not only for loading coke, limestone, but also for loading ore, coal, sand, stone and other bulk materials. If loading dry sand and other thin bulk material, should take leakproof measures.
