改制重组是集团母公司发挥资本运作职能的有效实现形式,资产只有流动起来才可能实现资产经营最大化,改制重组模式多元化才可能解决集团企业面临的问题。集团母公司发挥资本运营职能的当务之急是要提高资产管理水平,加快角色转变,实现集团化经营管理目标。随着集团的不断发展,母公司必然要实施生产经营职能的分离并向资本经营角色转变,通过不断强化自身的资本运营能力来带动集团企业加快改革发展步伐。
Restructuring and reorganization are the effective ways to realize the capital operation function of the parent company of the group.
