Since the 1990s, with the continuous progress of economic globalization, especially the rapid rise of China’s economy and the substantial increase in the volume of international trade, the world economic situation has undergone major changes that have given the international port industry unprecedented development. So that the port industry in various regions is increasingly competitive. Therefore, in-depth discussion of the competition pattern and development direction of international large-scale port enterprises has become an important issue in the strategic planning of all countries and major port enterprises at this stage.
