The future Great Patriotic War is a people’s war under modern conditions. Health services not only deal with conventional weapons wounded, but also deal with a large number of atomic, chemical weapons wounded. This requires that medical evacuation stations at all levels, while rapidly organizing medical evacuation of a large number of wounded and sick patients, must separate conventional weapons wounded and casualties from radioactive contamination and military personnel intoxication. One to avoid contamination and pollution, and secondly, to facilitate medical aid in a timely manner so as to ensure rapid cure and enable wounded and sick patients to return to the front as soon as possible to consolidate the combat effectiveness of the troops. In recent years, through field exercises conducted by teaching and group rescue centers, we have conducted several discussions on the organizational measures in respect of the above-mentioned problems. We have proposed jointly with the comrades on the possible organizational forms.
