我厂轴承生产线上使用的MZ208套圈内径磨床,其进给系统采用机械液压进给,摩擦滚轮补偿,在正常使用时,常因进给、补偿不准影响产品质量。我们应用CNC计算机控制理论对MZ208磨床进行改造,将原来的机械滚轮补偿箱去掉,重新设计过渡板,安装步进电机及谐波减速
MZ208 ferrule inner diameter grinding machine used in our factory’s bearing production line adopts mechanical hydraulic feed and friction roller compensation. In normal use, the quality of the product may not be affected due to feed.
