目的:翻译英文版1型糖尿病相关心理困扰量表（T1-DDS），并对中文版T1-DDS进行信效度评价。方法:严格遵循量表引进原则，对T1-DDS进行翻译、回译和跨文化调适，形成中文版T1-DDS。方便抽取三级甲等医院261例成人1型糖尿病患者进行调查，评价量表的信效度。结果:中文版T1-DDS的Cronbach α系数为0.932，各维度Cronbach α系数为0.798~0.890；量表共28个条目，探索性因子分析提取7个公因子，累积方差贡献率为68.439%；量表总分与WHO-5量表评分呈负相关（n r值为-0.899，n P<0.01）。n 结论:中文版T1-DDS具有良好的信度和效度，可用于评价国内成人1型糖尿病患者的心理困扰程度。“,”Objective:To translate the Type 1-Diabetes Distress Scale (T1-DDS), and assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of T1-DDS.Methods:The Chinese version of T1-DDS was developed through the process of translation, back-translation and cross-cultural adaptation through the strict scale introduction principles.Results:Cronbach alpha coefficient for the overall Chinese version scale was 0.932, and each domain′s Cronbach alpha coefficient ranged from 0.798 to 0.890. The Chinese version scale was extracted for 7 factors and 28 items by the exploratory factor analysis, the cumulative contribution rate was 68.439%. The score of the Chinese version scale was significantly associated with the WHO-5 score (n r value was -0.899, n P<0.01).n Conclusions:The Chinese version of T1-DDS has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used for measuring the level of psychological distress in adults with type 1 diabetes.
