目的探究系统护理干预对颈椎前路内固定术后咽部不适的效果研究。方法对对照组患者采取常规护理措施,对观察组患者术前采取系统护理干预措施。结果对照组患者满意度明显不如采取系统护理干预措施的观察组,并发症发生率高于对照组。结论对颈椎前路术后患者采取系统护理干预措施,可改善患者的咽部不适症状,缩短护理时间,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on throat discomfort after anterior cervical spine internal fixation. Methods The patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions and the patients in the observation group were given systematic nursing interventions before operation. Results The satisfaction of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group who took systematic nursing intervention. The complication rate was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion It is of great clinical significance to take systematic nursing interventions for patients with anterior cervical spine surgery to improve the symptoms of throat discomfort and shorten the nursing time.
