慢性利血平化小鼠表现为体重减轻、腹泻、脱肛、体温低下、摄食量减少、能量代谢降低以及自由活动减少。服四君子汤后能改善这些症状。利血平化小鼠离体迴肠对ACh呈现异常高的敏感性。其剂量反应曲线的斜率显著增大。服四君子汤后迴肠对ACh的反应性即显著降低,恢复到正常水平。利血平化小鼠血中胆碱酯酶活性有所增高。服四君子汤后其活性有些降低,但不很显著。
Chronic reserpine-deprived mice showed weight loss, diarrhea, rectal prolapse, hypothermia, reduced food intake, decreased energy metabolism, and decreased free activity. Serving four gentlemen soup can improve these symptoms. The isolated ileum of reserpine-treated mice showed abnormally high sensitivity to ACh. The slope of the dose response curve increased significantly. After serving four gentlemen soup ileum ACh reactivity is significantly reduced, returned to normal levels. Reserpine levels in the blood of cholinesterase activity increased. After serving four gentlemen’s soup somewhat reduced its activity, but not very significant.
