非物质文化遗产是各族人民世代相传的文化表现形式和重要的文化资源,具有传播先进文化职责的图书馆在保护非物质文化遗产的过程中担负着不可推卸的社会责任。省级公共图书馆应结合本地非物质文化遗产的生存状况,重视和加强非物质文化遗产的保护和传播,明确图书馆的保护职能,尊重非物质文化遗产的特殊性质,提高非物质文化遗产的研究水平,加强非物质文化遗产的监督管理,科学、客观地对其进行保护和传承。
Intangible cultural heritage is a cultural expression and an important cultural resource handed down from generation to generation by people of all ethnic groups. Libraries with the responsibility to spread advanced cultural undertakings carry unshirkable social responsibility in safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage. Provincial public libraries should attach importance to and strengthen the protection and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in light of the living conditions of local intangible cultural heritages, clarify the protection functions of libraries, respect the special nature of intangible cultural heritage, and enhance the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage Research level, strengthen the supervision and management of intangible cultural heritage, scientific and objective protection and inheritance.
