灭多威是中国科学院动物研究所合成的一种氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂,具良好的内吸性,杀虫谱广。为探索该药剂在防治抗药性棉蚜中的应用价值,我们利用室内选育抗性品系和田间采集的抗性种群经繁殖后做了毒力测定,并进行了田间防治棉蚜药效试验。结果证明,该药剂是目前防治抗性棉蚜的良好替换品种。一、材料与方法 (一)供试药剂毒力测定均使用含量95％以上的原药,田间药效试验采用新出厂或自配的乳油。
Methomyl is a carbamate insecticide synthesized by the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has good internal absorption and broad insecticidal spectrum. In order to explore the application value of this agent in the control of aphid-resistant cotton aphids, we tested the virulence of resistant strains and resistant populations collected in the field after breeding, and tested the efficacy of aphids in the field. The results show that the agent is a good alternative to control cotton aphid resistant varieties.
