通过运用生物力学实验研究的方法和测试手段,对竞技健美操A组提臀起类动作进行运动学分析,得出相关关节活动的主要数据。采用6台QUALISYS-MCU500红外远射测试仪对3名运动员完成提臀起类难度动作进行三维摄影,获得完成该类技术动作的完成时间,身体腾空至最高点髋关节的坐标位置,髋、肘、肩关节的角度等运动学数据,得出如下结论:1.三名运动员的肩关节的角度存在显著的差异,肩关节在开始时刻和结束的时刻角度控制在65?倖的时候较为合理;2.髋关节在垂直方向上的角度越小,体现运动员完成动作的水平较高,在做有文森的动作时,吴某相对于刘某和赵某来说,左右髋关节之间的角度差异比较大;3.完成动作时间上,所用时间短说明专项技能好,在后面两个动作上,刘某保持在0.5s左右,而赵某和吴某在0.7s左右。难度的增加,造成刘某和另外两名运动员之间的差异显著。
