本文较系统地研究了锑量对蠕墨铸铁蠕化率及蠕墨形貌的影响。在含硫0.030%的铁水中,锑量增至0.017%时,所得试样的蠕化率开始上升,尤其是在薄断面上更为显著,石墨形貌也开始出现与常态蠕虫状石墨相异的现象;在锑量为0.023~0.035%时,有最小的断面敏感性,石墨的长厚比也最大。在硫量为0.042%时,蠕化率开始上升。而石墨形貌开始变化的锑量0.012%,最小断面敏感性和最大长厚比的锑量范围为0.012~0.023%。
This paper systematically studied the antimony content of vermicular graphite cast iron and creep rate of vermicular morphology. When the amount of antimony increases to 0.017% in 0.030% sulfur-containing molten iron, the creep rate of the obtained sample begins to increase, especially in the thin section, and the morphology of the graphite also begins to appear different from the normal vermicular graphite Of the phenomenon; the amount of antimony is 0.023 to 0.035%, the smallest cross-sectional sensitivity, the maximum aspect ratio of graphite.
