目的结合血液临床检验的实际经验，探讨分析临床检验中不合格血液标本的原因及应对措施。方法以2012年1月至20l2年6月在我院采集的460份血液作为研究对象，并对这些血液样品进行免疫、生化、血液细胞学检查。结果共收集460份血液标本，其中全血61份，血浆230份，血清169份。通过检验，查出有37份血液样本不合格，血液样品不合格率达到8.04%（37/460）。通过分析和总结不合格血液样品产生的不同原因，将其分为5类：溶血、抗凝剂使用不当、血液凝固、标本量不准及其他，这5类所占的比例分别为29.73%、21.62%、10.81%、32.43%、8.11%。结论在采集临床血液检测标本过程中，医护人员需要严格遵守标本采集规范，保证血液样本的质量，确保能够得到准确的血液检测结果，提高临床的诊断的正确性。
